BRC Takes Two in Toronto

Despite traveling with low numbers due to injuries and work commitments, the BRC handed the Toronto Nomads two losses in Toronto.  The games were played with open substitution which allowed BRC to maximize its squad by rotating players.
In the first match, BRC beat the Nomads 27-20.  Scoring tries were Jon Garbin, Mike Lang, Keith Stoerr, and Luca Wrabetz.  Simon Honig added two conversions and a penalty kick to round out the scoring.
In the second match, BRC rang up a 28-0 win.  Tries were scored by Josh Bennett, Evan Castellani, Dylan Grant, and Peter Klopp.  Honig was a perfect 4 for 4 on conversions giving him 15 points on the day.
The BRC begins its playoff run on 30 March when the D2 side hosts Montclair (NJ) and the D3 side plays cross-town rival KenTon Misfits, also at home.
